TECH09 is seeking a neat, presentable, self-disciplined, and well-organized individual to work as a Security Technical Administrator within a busy, fast-paced office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dealing with existing clients as well as new clients,
- Emailing suppliers and clients,
- Creating quotes and
- Scheduling technicians for jobs within the company’s Technical Department,
- Loading of new contracts on the system,
- Billing, and other administrative duties such as capturing information on the Technician’s Job Card.
- The candidate will also be required to ensure stock is arranged prior to scheduling the Technician for the Technical work.
- Must have excellent telephone etiquette
- Be able to follow company procedures regarding workflows
- Ability to stay on track with supplier costing and warranties.
- Technical experience will be advantageous.

- Matric
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
- Ability to communicate well with clients
- Professional correspondence and English for emailing clients
- System Experience: Listener
- MUST BE fluent in English (Read and Write)
- Excellent Phone Etiquette is a must
- Pay attention to the detail
- Quick response to clients
- Be able to address client complaints
- Presentable
- Apply self-time management with workload
- Work well under pressure
- Strong Personality
- Technical Equipment knowledge is an advantage
