LiebenGroup is seeking a Group Marketing Manager who is a versatile and dynamic marketer with a passion for marketing. The successful candidate will oversee all marketing activities, including social media and digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to establish the company’s brand and achieve short-term and long-term business unit goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and the ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Group Marketing Manager At LiebenGroup Responsibilities:
- Develop B2B and B2C marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative, to drive qualified traffic to the company’s doors.
- Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Produce engaging content for all channels to attract and convert target groups.
- Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Coordinate sales/operational and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participate in the annual planning of company objectives.
- Coordinate events, social gatherings, and promotional events for the group of companies.
- Manage the Group of Companies’ uniform branding and online ordering platform.
- Plan, manage, and expedited website development and keep all companies’ websites current.
- Plan, manage, and expedite creative projects to ensure enough media assets for all marketing campaigns.
- Manage and report on social corporate responsibility programs.
Requirements and skills:
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager, preferably in the supply chain and logistics industry.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Able to craft stunning proposals and presentations where needed.
- Knowledge or understanding of WordPress.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge or understanding of web analytics and Google Adwords.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Analytical, critical, and solution-driven mind.
- Honours Bcom Marketing degree or relevant degree.
- 3+ years of experience in the B2B marketing industry.
