UFiling is a FREE online service that allows all South Africans to complete and securely submit your UIF declarations and pay your monthly contributions.
Once you submit your returns online, you will be able to make payments using the payment functionality.
Here’s how to reset your password online.
Step 1: Visit www.ufiling.co.za/uif/
Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password” under the “log in” dropdown arrow
Step 3: Choose your preferred contact method (SMS or Email)
Step 4: Enter your ID or Password Number
Step 5: Enter your username
Step 6: Click on “retrieve password hint” which can be found under “complete password options” and try to login again if the hint helped you remember the password.
Step 7: If the hint didn’t help, click on “reset password” under “complete password options”
Step 8: You will receive an SMS or email containing a temporary password.
Step 9: Once you’ve logged in with the temporary password, you will be required to enter a new password to use in the future.
All done! You can now access your filing account again. To avoid having to do this again in the future, write the password down in a secure place or save it in a word document that only you have access to.
