- Once you have signed into your application using a one-time-pin (OTP), follow the instructions to update your details.
Beneficiaries can update their responses to the screening questionnaire on the Sassa website at any time if their circumstances have changed or if they need to correct errors.
Sassa has emphasized the importance of applicants updating their details as failure to do so will result in the Agency being unable to process their application.
If your application has been denied based on your existing application details then Sassa recommends that you lodge an appeal for e ach month that your application was denied.
It is advised that the appeal be lodged within 90 days of receiving the ‘rejected’ application status. The application will then be reconsidered and applicants will receive a communication on whether their appeal was successful or not.
